With an investment of more than 100 million dollars, construction work began on the Panorama Lake tourist complex, located in the city of Bávaro, Punta Cana.
The act of the first pie was headed by President Luis Abinader, who stressed that the beginning of the construction of this important project is evidence of the necessary cooperation between the public and private sectors of which the Government of the Dominican Republic is a fervent standard-bearer for the great benefits it brings to the economic growth and development of our country.
President Luis Abinader was accompanied by representatives of the government and authorities of the tourism sector, says a statement.
This project is being developed with private capital, represented by the business conglomerates that make up Grupo Sención, of Dominican origin and the Cohen family, of Venezuelan origin and with a presence in the country for more than 12 years.
Panorama Lake is part of the great concept of real estate development Panorama, which is being executed in several stages, contemplating diversity of offers through the proposals Panorama Lake, Panorama Park & Garden and Panorama Luxury, representing a magical synergy between nature and modernity.
These projects encompass a total of 1,250 residential units for a mix of apartment offerings, as well as individual houses and townhouses of different sizes with the best set of amenities, social and recreational areas.
They have been conceived with criteria of differentiation in design focused on the quality of life of families and have an artificial lake for fishing, an artificial beach, several swimming pools, an ecological path, a lighted golf course, social areas with spaces for a gym, boxing hall, yoga room, a spa, sports areas and a gallery for art exhibitions.
Panorama, which is located in the Vista Cana complex, estimates a generation of 1,000 direct jobs and 5,000 indirect jobs in the construction stage, promoting a revitalization of the local economy through tourist services and activities.
Vista Cana, in turn, has an area of approximately 6 million square meters, in which different projects are developed, covering around 20 thousand housing units, promising to be the next Great Tourist and Residential Center, for the class local and international media, offering excellent plans and facilities.
